- SMS charged at USD$0.15 - up to per 160 characters sent
Note: Rates will be based on zone the country is listed that the call is being made to.

6. How can customer check their roaming balance?
- Customers will be able to check their usage on their bill.
7. If the customer purchases multiple roaming plans will the data roll over?
- The Data will not rollover if the customer repurchases a Roam Easy Caribbean plan. Only if the customer purchases a Roam Easy Caribbean and an International Roaming plan both bundle data allotments will remain on the customer’s account separately.

9. Who is eligible for these plans?
- All Postpaid consumer customers are eligible to activate this Postpaid Roam Easy Caribbean plan.
- N.B cooperate customers will not benefit from these roaming plan
10. Does the customer need to activate the plan before leaving their local/Home country?
- No Pre-activation is required before arrival in roaming destination; customers can activate any Roam Easy Caribbean Plans from any of the eligible destinations. Subscriber should be able to activate the plan from any location.
- Customers can activate via My Digicel App at any eligible destination or dial the USSD code (*147# or *153#) if the roaming party supports the UMM.
11. Is there a limit to the number of plans a customer can activate?
- There is no limit to the number of times this plan can be activated. Customers can buy multiple of the same or other Postpaid Roam Easy Caribbean plans at any given time.
- However, the data will not rollover, once the customer move away from the plan they will lose the data from the old roaming plan.
12. Does the Roam Easy Caribbean Plans auto- renew?
- The Postpaid Roam Easy Caribbean plans WILL NOT automatically auto-renew.
13. If a customer wants to auto renew their plan, how can they opt-in to auto renewal?
- There will be no auto renewal of the Roam Easy Caribbean roaming plans; customer can purchase another plan or the same plan.
14. Will customer receive a prompt if they have used up all the data allocations?
- Yes, In the event the data allotments are exhausted before the scheduled notification period, a prompt will be sent with an invitation to purchase a new plan.
- Customers will receive the below data notifications advising when data allotment will soon be exhausted:

15. If the customer purchases multiple roaming plans will the data roll over?
- Data will rollover once the customer repurchases a Roam Easy Caribbean plan the data from the old plan will be remove. If the customer purchases a Roam Easy Caribbean and an International Roaming plan both bundle data allotments will remain on the customer’s account separately.
16. Will customers be notified when the plan expire?
- Yes, plan rollover and expiry notifications will be sent. Customers will also receive multiple notifications before the bundle expiry.
- N.B Plan will not auto-renew
17. Can customer benefit from the Roam Easy Caribbean plan in their home country?
- No, benefits of the Roam Easy Caribbean Plan are not accessible in the home country.
Customer will receive the below message:
“Oops! No Digicel roaming plans for this region. Stay in touch using standard roaming rates for calls and data. Click https://bit.ly/Digiroam for more info.”
18. If more assistance is required how do customer contact customer care?
- Dial 1876 380 7626(ROAM) for Customer Care when on a plan the overage of $24 per mins and without a plan standard roaming rate applies- $32 per min.
- Use the MyDigicel app, tap Ruby to speak with an agent (use your bonus 100MB MyDigicel data).
19. How do customers get to Voicemail while roaming?
- Dial 1876 380 0000 to get to their voicemail-
- N.B. while on a plan to receive Voice mail will be free however once the customer is not on a plan they will be charge $32 per min.
- Contacting voicemail while roaming will be charged at the overage rate of $24 per mins and without a plan standard roaming rate applies- $32 per min.
20. What is Postpaid standard roaming and how does it work?
- Standard Roaming (Pay As You Go or PayGo) is with no roaming plan active on account.
- The below will be standard roaming:
- Postpaid customers roaming in an eligible destination without an active roaming plan and the customer will be charged the standard roaming rates.
- Postpaid customers roaming in a country not listed as an eligible roaming plan destination will be standard roaming whether or not a roaming plan is active.
- Customers in eligible destination who do not a have an active Roaming plan will be required to accept PayGo charges to browse PAYGO at the standard data roaming rate.
