1. What are the Prepaid Prime Brawta Bundles?
As part of Digicel’s effort to drive digital adoption and provide a better experience to our customers, we are adding third-party applications such as SWIFT, TikTok, Netflix YouTube, and Google maps to the already loaded packages.
That means we’re enabling customers to enjoy all of the digital engagement, digital experiences, and data they could wish for in a single plan. Say hello to our revised Prepaid Prime Brawta Bundles.
The Prepaid Prime Brawta Bundles are an attractive set of plans that will give customers a new digital lifestyle by giving better value and simplicity to the prepaid portfolio. These bundles will include more data for any use as well as data for all our Digital services. We have eight (8) applications ready to give customers the best digital experience.
2. What are the digital services included in the Prepaid Prime Brawta Bundles?
Each of the Prepaid Prime Brawta Bundles includes our full suite of eight (8) Digital Services plus YouTube and the great thing about our suite of digital services is that there is something for everyone.
Prime Brawta Bundles feature our suite of digital services (or apps): BiP for messaging, gaming and marketplaces, LOOP for news, SportsMax for live streaming and news about sports and GoLoud, our new app for Radio stations and Podcasts and My Digicel App to manage your Digicel account. Each with its own super generous data allotment so that customers can feel, touch, experience, and enjoy them as they live their digital lives. We are now adding SWIFT, TikTok, Netflix, Google Maps, and YouTube applications to our Prime Brawta Bundle offering.
Here is a rundown for customers as a reminder:
- BiP – instant messaging-and-much-more communications and discovery service
- LOOP – news now
- SportsMax – your sports news and live streaming service
- GoLoud – Ultimate Audio experience providing the best selection of live radio and most popular Podcasts
- MyDigicel App – Digicel self-service and store in your pocket
- YouTube- Stream and access video content on YouTube
- Social Apps and more- access to SnapChat, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram Twitter, and TikTok
- Netflix and Google Maps
3. How do the Prepaid Prime Brawta Bundles work?
These new Digicel bundles offer customers a rich bundle allotment that will allow access and usage to all the digital services and the YouTube app.
Once a customer activates any of the Prime Brawta Bundles via MyDigicel App, *147#, IVR, or Web they will receive:
- Any Use Data
- Data to access SWIFT, YouTube, Tiktok Netflix, and Google Maps )
- Specific data allotment for each of the digital services
- Local Minutes
4. What are the Prepaid Prime Brawta Bundles being offered?

5. How can customers activate the Prime Brawta Bundles?
Customers can activate/purchase their bundle using three (3) main methods - Web, MyDigicel App, or *147#. Additionally, plans can be reacctivated using the auto-renewal feature.
Activation (Web):
- Customers will be able to activate the Prime Brawta Bundle by accessing MyDigicel Web (p.mydigicel.net)
- After gaining access to the platform by entering the Digicel ID, the customer will be required to select Plans, scroll to and select Prime Brawta Bundles then click on the desired Prime Brawta Bundle to activate the plan.
- After selecting the desired Prime Brawta Bundle, the following will happen:
- If the customer has sufficient credit they will receive an SMS advising that the plan has been successfully activated.
- If the customer has insufficient credit they will receive an SMS advising of insufficient funds to activate the plan, please top up and try again.
Activation (MyDigicel App):
- Customers will be able to activate a Prime Brawta Bundle by accessing the MyDigicel App.
- After gaining access to the App by entering the Digicel ID, the customer will be required to select Plans & Bundles , then Available Bundles, scroll along the tiles then select the desired Bundle to be activated
- After selecting the desired Prime Brawta Bundle, the following will happen:
- If the customer has sufficient credit they will receive a SMS advising that the plan has been successfully activated.
- If the customer has insufficient credit they will receive a SMS advising of insufficient funds to activate the plan, please top up and try again.

Activation (*147#):
Customers will be required to dial *147# to access the UMM
Customers will then enter the desired selection code that will bring them to Prepaid Prime Brawta Bundle Menu.
In the Prepaid Prime Brawta Bundle Menu, the customer will enter the desired selection code and activate the Prime Brawta Bundle of their choice.
Once the customer confirms their activation of the Prime Brawta Bundle, they will receive a flash USSD message and follow by a SMS stating:
That the bundle was successfully activated if the customer had sufficient credit for activation.
If the customer does not have sufficient credit for the activation of the plan, the customer will be advised to add the required funds and try again.

Customers will receive a notification 2 days, 1 day and 1 hour before their Prime Brawta Bundle expires, advising that their plan will auto renew.
Note: The 1 Day Prime Brawta Bundle does not auto renew. Customers can only opt in to early renewal of the bundle.
If at expiry, the customer has sufficient credit, the plan will auto renew. If the customer has insufficient credit, the auto renewal will fail and they Prime Brawta Bundle will expire.

6. Can a DigiLoan be used to activate the Prime Brawta Bundles?
Yes. DigiLoan credit can be used for activation of Prime Brawta Bundle.
7. How can customers check their Main Data balance?
MyDigicel app is the best place for self-service with your Digicel account via a.mydigicel.net. Customers can also check their data balance via *147# or *120*9#. Minutes can be checked using the *147# as well as MDA. Other apps balances, including SWIFT and YT bundle as well as minutes can be checked in the MDA (Account & Balances).

9. What type of browsing does the main data cover?
The main data can be used to access any internet medium:
Streaming the internet
Streaming YouTube (if YouTube bundle is exhausted)
There are no restrictions; customers may use the data as they choose.
10. Is rollover allowed for the main data?
Yes, customers on the Prime Brawta Bundle will be given unlimited rollover for main data upon renewals of Prime Brawta Bundles.
11. How will the YouTube bundle work?
Customers will receive a YouTube allotment with their Prime Brawta Bundle. YouTube data can only be used for the YouTube services ONLY; this will include upload, download, and watching of YouTube content. The YouTube data will be valid while the bundle is active.
Note: Once the YT data is depleted, Customers will be charged from the main data. However, they will be notified to purchase an Add-On once the allotment has been exhausted.
DA 129. Only 14 Day and Prime 3400 will receive YouTube Bundle
12. Will the YouTube bundle rollover?
YouTube data will rollover upon renewals and transit from Prime to Prime Brawta Bundles. If the customer transit away from the eligible Prime Brawta Bundle with YouTube to a non-eligible Prime Brawta Bundle with YouTube they will rollover the data for the validity of the eligible Prime Brawta Bundle.
13. How will the Social (SWIFT, TiKTok, Netflix, YouTube, and Google Maps ) Bundle work?
Customers will receive a Social allotment with a specific Prime Brawta Bundle. Social + other Apps data can only be used for the below apps:
- Youtube- Stream, upload, and download on YouTube Application
- SnapChat – watch, upload content, text, and calls
- Whatsapp- Text, videos, and voice calls
- Facebook- stream, upload, download, watch or load LIVE Feeds. Use Facebook messenger (text, videos, and voice calls)
- Instagram- stream, upload, download, watch and load LIVE Feeds
- Twitter- Steam, watch videos and upload content
- TiKTok- watch, create, upload, download content, watch and load LIVE content
- Google Maps- utilize real-time GPS navigation
- Netflix- watch and download movies and series
The Social data will be valid with the specific plan that it comes with. Once the Social data is depleted, Customers will begin to throttle at 2G speed, until the plan expire.
14. Will the SWIFT + other Apps Bundle rollover?
The SWIFT+ other Apps bundle will rollover upon renewals and transit from Prime to Prime Brawta Bundles.
N.B. If a customer moves to a non-eligible Prime Brawta Bundle, they will rollover the SWIFT+ other Allotments. However, it will keep the validity of the eligible Prime Brawta Bundle.
15. Which plan will a new customer receive when joining the network?
New customers will receive one of the Prime Brawta Bundles based on the promotion being offered in the market at the time of port.
16. Which plan will a Port-In customer receive when joining the network?
Port-In customers will receive a free special 30 Day Prime Brawta Bundle after becoming a Digicel customer (limited time offer).
17. What other Data Plans will be available to the Port in customers?
Port in customers will be able to activate any Social+YT plans, in addition to Prime Brawta Bundles
18. What plans will be available to existing customers?
Existing customers will have the Prime Brawta Bundles and all the existing plans available to them for activation. See the appendix of all the plans that will be available for activation.
19. Is the SWIFT Bundle allotted with Prime Brawta Bundles?
Yes, customers will now receive a social bundle with select Prime Brawta Bundles.
Customers will be given an allocation to access and use (Snapchat, Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, Netflix, and Google Apps).
20. Will customers be notified of their main data being depleted?
Yes. A notification will be sent to the customer via SMS.

21. Will the unused minutes rollover while on the Prime Brawta Bundles?
Yes, however, it will be capped at 5000 minutes from plan to plan. Fair Usage policy will also include a daily cap of 120 minutes that will rollover in-plan as well for the duration of it.
22. If the Fair Usage Policy from the Nuff Data + Talk and Unltd Social + Talk will be carried over upon doing a transit to a Prime Brawta Bundle, what Dedicated account will be charged first for calls?
The customer will be charged from the Fair Usage Policy in (DA 37) then Unlimited On-net minutes (DA 44) and then unlimited off-net minutes before (DA 45) - DO minutes
23. Will customers be notified when they have reached the Fair Usage Policy for voice calls?
Yes, customers will be given the below SMS notifications once they have reached the Fair Usage Policy.

29. Where do the anywhere Add-On minutes include?
Customers on any of the Prime Brawta Bundles have the option to purchase any of the Anywhere Voice Minutes Add On and will take the validity of the main Prime Brawta Bundle.

- Fixed line WiMAX Numbers
- Digicel home landline

30. Will the Add Ons remain active with the duration of the Prime Brawta Bundle?
It will take the validity of the Prime Brawta Bundle Plan.
31. What will happen if the App bundles are exhausted from the Prime Brawta Bundles?
Customer will be able to continue with the App experience despite its data allotment being finished: data will be used from the main data account, Wi-Fi or with the option to purchase an Add On for the respective app.
32. If the data allotment for one App has been exhausted, can I use the data allotment of another App?
No. The bundle that comes with each app can ONLY access their respective apps.
33. Will the digital apps’ bundles rollover?
The Digital App, YT and Social FIT Bundles will allow rollover of data not exceeding 60GB.
34. When the app bundle from the Prime Brawta Bundle is exhausted, where will customers be charged from for using the apps?
Customers will be charged from their main data. However, they will be notified to purchase an Add-On for the respective app prior to the App allotment depletion.
35. What are the Add Ons for the respective apps?

36. Will the app Bundles rollover when an Add-On is purchased?
Yes. Once the customer repurchases the same Add On, it will rollover. Note that the Add-On bundle will only be valid for the duration of the main plan.
37. When the Prime Brawta Bundles expire, will there be a grace period for unused data?
When Prime Brawta Bundle expires customers will keep the remaining MBs from their Digital Apps Bundles and Main Data Bundle for a grace period, which ends at Midnight (11:59:59PM) the day after the plan expires. Example, if the plan expires Oct 27 2:06PM then grace ends Oct 28 11:59:59PM.
38. If the customer is within the grace period and reactivates the Prime Brawta Bundle or a Nuff Nuff plan will they keep all their MB?
When the customer is within the grace period and then activates a new plan, they will be allowed to keep 12GB the maximum from the old plan + full data allotment of the new plan.
If a customer auto renews/early renew their Prime Brawta Bundle they will be allowed to keep all the remaining data from their old plan.
39. Will customers receive renewal notifications?
Customers will receive the below notification 2 days and 1 day before their Prime Brawta Bundle expires.

41. What are the transit rules while on the Prime Brawta Bundles?
Prime Brawta Bundle:
Customers who transit from Prime Brawta Bundle to another Prime Brawta Bundle:
- Will able to transit between 1 to 30 Day Prime Brawta Bundle
- Voice will rollover upon transit
- Minutes will rollover and will be capped at 5000
- Main data will rollover
- All Digital apps + YT data will rollover and are capped at 60GB of data.
- YT will rollover when customer transit to 28 Day Prime Brawta Bundle for the validity of the original Prime Brawta Bundle
- Eligible ATL Prime Brawta Bundle (1, 2,3,5, 7, 28 Day) that transit to the Non- Eligible Prime Brawta Bundle (7 Day MDA, 14 Day and Prime 3400) will rollover the DA xxx SWIFT, TikTok, Netflix Google Maps bundle for the validity of the eligible Prime Brawta Bundle.
Social+YT Plans:
Customers who transit from Prime Brawta Bundles to a Social+YT plans:
- Will lose their digital bundles
- Will lose their YT bundle
- Will lose their local mins
- Will have their main data rolled over
- Will roll over the SWIFT, TikTok, Netflix Google Maps DA xxx
Customers on the Social+YT that transit to a Prime Brawta Bundle:
- Will rollover the YouTube and Social Benefits,
- Will lose the minutes and SMS from the Social+YT Plan
- Will have their main data rolled over
Nuff Social Plans:
Customers who transit from Prime Brawta Bundles to a Nuff Social plans:
- Will lose their digital & YT bundle
- Will have their minutes rolled over to DA45
- Will have main data rolled over
- Will lose their SWIFT, TikTok, Netflix Google Maps bundle
Customers on the Nuff Social that transit to the Prime Brawta Bundles
- Will lose the Social benefits (DA 152 will still be visible in MINSAT, however it will not be accessible. If customers attempt to stream social media, it will be charged from their main data.)
- Will receive the YT bundle
- Will have main data rolled over
- Will have their minutes rolled over to DA45
Nuff Data+UNLTD Talk Plan:
Customers who transit from a Prime Brawta Bundles to the Nuff Data+Unltd Talk Plan:

Customers who transit from the Prime Brawta Bundles to a Mifi plan:
- Will lose App & YT Bundle
- Main Data will rollover
Customers who transit from a Mifi plan to a Prime Brawta Bundle:
- All benefits from MiFI plans will be rolled over when the transit is done to the Prime Brawta Bundle.
Data Nights
Customers who transit from the Prime Brawta Bundles to Data Night:
- Will lose App & YT Bundle
- Main Data will rollover
Customers who transit from a Data Night plan to a Prime Brawta Bundle:

43. Are the Prime Brawta Bundles eligible for the Shake It Promotion?
Yes. All the Prime Brawta Bundles will give customers a shake.
44. Will customers be eligible for the 25% bonus when they activate a Prime Brawta Bundle?
No. Customers will not benefit from 25% more data for the activation of the Prime Brawta Bundles.
