At the start of a new billing period, your subscription charges for the new month are added to your overall account balance. This may result in your total amount owing being close to, or at your Credit Limit.
Don't be alarmed.
While your overall account balance owing has increased, your new bundle allotment has been applied and will allow you to make calls within your bundle. Calls outside of your bundle can only be made during this period if your overall account balance is below the Credit Limit.

This increased balance will automatically be adjusted around the 5th to 7th day into the new billing period. Afterwards, your account balance will reflect separately, outlining the last bill amount vs usage for the current period.
