Customers are able to register their account via the IVR to get their PUK1 information
Step 1. Dial 100
Step 2. Select option 1 (Mobile)
Step 3. Select option 2 (Self care)
Step 4. Customers will be required to enter a 4-digit pin number that they would like for their IVR code.
Now, they will be able to bar their account, request their PUK 1 code, reset voicemail settings, etc.
