- The first major move in our Digital Operator ecosystem, Digicel will be upgrading our Postpaid customers’ plans, giving them the opportunity to enjoy a refreshed digital life experience with more benefits in their Freedom Postpaid plans.
That means we’re enabling them to enjoy all the digital experiences and more data they could possibly wish in their regular plans. Say hello to the enhanced world of Postpaid Prime bundles, rebranded from the Postpaid Freedom Plans.
2. What are the features of the Postpaid Prime Bundles?
Postpaid Prime Bundles will obtain the benefits below:

- Up to 150GB of Any use Data bundles.

3. What are the digital services included in the Postpaid Prime Bundles?
- Each of the Postpaid Prime Bundles include our full suite of Digital Apps & Services. And the great thing about our suite of digital services is that there is something for everyone, no matter what they are into.
Our digital apps & services offered include:
- Spotify & ITunes for music - music streaming and downloads.
- HBO Max for TV streaming - your app for TV anytime, anywhere.
- BiP for messaging, gaming and marketplaces - instant messaging-and-much-more communications and discovery service.
- LOOP for Caribbean news - news now.
- SportsMax for live streaming and news about sports - your sports news and live streaming service.
- GoLoud - our new app for Radio stations and Podcasts - Ultimate Audio experience providing the best selection of live radio and most popular Podcasts
- YouTube- Stream and access YT video content on YouTube
- Netflix- Core and Plus Plan- Stream and access Netflix
- Plus customers will still be able to use the My Digicel App (Digicel’s self-service and store in your pocket), to manage their Digicel account.
Each app will get its own super generous data allotment so that customers can feel, touch, experience and enjoy them as they live their digital lives.

6. Will the customer’s Credit limit increase when moving to the Postpaid Prime Bundles?
- The credit limits for Postpaid Prime Bundles will be adjusted to reflect two times (2x) the respective monthly subscription before tax.
7. Will customers who sign up for the Freedom Plan after Postpaid Prime Bundles launch receive the Prime Bundle benefits?
- Yes, Customers who sign up after the launch date will automatically receive the Postpaid Prime Plan & benefits.
8. What are the data allotments available for use with the apps on the Postpaid Prime Bundles?
The Postpaid Prime Bundles will include exclusive access to digital apps and a monthly data allotment of 30GBs per app to allow customers to enjoy our digital ecosystem with no worries.

- Customers on the Postpaid Prime Bundles will receive unlimited Local Digicel mobile SMS.

12. For the Postpaid Prime Bundles that feature international minutes, what are the call destinations included?
The international minutes will cover below destination:
- USA
- Canada
- UK Mobile except Prime Plus (Discounted)
13. Will customers be able to add additional voice or data bundles to Postpaid Prime Bundles?
- Yes. Customers will be able to purchase the below data and Voice add-on Bundle:

14. How will customers activate the add-ons?
- Customer will be able to activate the add-ons via the My Digicel App (MDA). Once they are on a Postpaid Prime plan, the add-on will be displayed in MDA.
15. Will customers be able to activate add-ons for the digital apps if they have exhausted their app data allotments?
- No, Postpaid customers will not be able to purchase any add-ons for the (6) six applications. Customers will be charge from their main bundle once they exhaust the bundle from any of the applications.
16. How will customers be able to check the data received for the month?
- Customer will be able to check their data via *147# or the My Digicel App or *120*9#
For the application data customer will only be able to check those via the MDA
17. Are the postpaid add-ons prorated?
- No. Once the Add-ons are activated, customers will receive the full allotment from the Add-on for use during the current bill cycle. The full cost of the Add-on will be applied to the customer’s bill.
18. If a customer changes their plan, will they receive the full bundles from the Postpaid Prime plan?
- No, if the customer changes their plan in the middle of the month, the bundles from the Postpaid Prime Bundles will be prorated based on the date of activation.
19. On the Postpaid Prime Bundles, will customers be able to rollover their main data bundle?
- Yes, customer have unlimited rollover on their unused main data bundle, however prime minutes will not be rolled over and will refresh each month.
20. Will customers be able to rollover the data for the Digital applications?
- Yes, the bundle for the Digital applications will be refreshed on the 1st of each month and customers can rollover their remaining data up to a maximum of 60GB per app.
21. Will customers be notified when they have depleted the data available for the apps?
- Yes, customers will receive the below notifications once they have depleted the respective data:

22. Will customers be charged data overage for the apps on these bundles?
- No, Overage will not be applied on these bundles. Once the bundle has been exhausted customer will not be able to continue streaming. They will be able to purchase additional data
23. Will customers receive notifications when they will be charged the overage rate for calls?
- Yes. Customers will be notified when they are approaching and have reached the voice usage cap, (include message) and where the prevailing rates for both on net and off-net calls will apply.
