1. What is the International Voice Packs?
- Digicel International Voice Packs gives all Postpaid customers the opportunity to purchase bundled minutes that can be used to call select international destinations.
2. What are the destinations included in the Int’l Voice Packs?
- Destinations included in the plans are displayed below:

3. What are the new International Calling Plans?
- There will be four (4) US & CAN Packs and three (3) UK Packs available.

4. Will minutes on the Int’l Packs cover calls to Mobile & Landline numbers?
- Minutes on the UK Pack will cover calls to UK Mobile numbers only.
- Minutes on the US &CAN Pack will cover calls to Mobile and Landline numbers.
5. What is the overage rate for calls placed on the Int’l Packs?
- The overage/out-of-bundle rates for Postpaid UK Packs is $59.99+ tax (Default Zone 2 charges)
- The overage/out-of-bundle rates for Postpaid US& CAN Packs is $10.99+ tax
6. What will be the rate to call the countries previously listed on the old int’l plans?
- Customers who wish to call international destinations that were a part of the Int’l Calling Plans will be required to pay the PAYGO charges for calls to those territories.
7. Are customers able to activate more than one Int’l Calling Pack at the same time?
- Yes. The Int’l Plans will be compatible with each other, allowing customers to activate more than one plan.
8. Will the minutes be available for roll over?
- Yes. Once the customer activates another plan or renew the same plan before it expires, the minutes will roll over. Once the customer opts out of the plan, they will lose the benefits.
9. Will the Int’l Packs auto renew?
- Yes, both US & CAN as well as UK Packs will auto renew.
10. How can customers opt out of auto renewal?
The options below shows methods of completing a plan repurchase:

- UMM Service Menu
11. Will these new Int’l Plans be compatible with other voice and data plans in the market?
- Yes. Both sets of plans will be compatible with any voice and data plans.
12. Will customers be notified when their minutes have been exhausted?
The below notifications will be sent to customers once their minutes are being depleted:

Priority of Voice Usage:
USA & CAN International Plan:
Bonus -> On-net -> International Shake It Minutes (XXX) -> International plan -> USA & CAN International UA (XXX) -> DigiLoan -> Main Credit
UK International Plan:
Bonus -> Old UK mins -> new UK DA (XXX) -> DigiLoan -> Main Credit
13. Will the old Int’l Plans still be available?
- No, the below plans will no longer be available to our customers.

14. Will customers on the above old plans auto renew to the new plans?
- No, once the older plans have expired, customers will be required to activate the new plans. The old International plans will no longer be available.
