What is the difference between requesting call records for either personal or official use?
A personal request for call details is considered as you requesting the records for your own review.
Call records needed for official use are normally requested for formal purposes and usually require a letter from the requesting body e.g. Embassy requests.
What are the forms of verification required to receive my call records?
- Valid National ID
- Verification of Account (PUK1) or Registration details
- Completed CDR Request Form
- Request from Embassy (where applicable)
