If you are a Prepaid broadband customer, you are able to activate a data plan on your modem. Click here to see our available plans.
Step 1. Log on to our web self-care page at http://selfcare.digicelbroadband.com.
OR, enter the IP address 220.127.116.11 from your browser.
Step 2. Enter your username and password, then select ‘login’.
Step 3. Select ‘here’ to purchase a new plan. You are required to have sufficient credit on your account to activate the plan of your choice.
Step 4. Under ‘Next Product Type’ select the plan of your choice. In this case, the Prepaid 1 day Modem Plan has been entered. Select “Change Now”.
Step 5. Select “Confirm” to proceed.
Step 6. You will receive a prompt advising that the plan has been successfully activated. You are now required to restart the modem. Plug the modem out, wait 30 seconds to 1 minute, then plug the modem back in.
