Your 4G Broadband Account Balance is available on the homepage of your Web Self-Care Portal.
Step 1. Log on to our web self-care page at http://selfcare.digicelbroadband.com.
Step 2. Enter the IP address 18.104.22.168 from your browser.
Step 3. Select the picture that says ‘Already Registered’ to login to your Web Self-Care Portal.
Step 4. Enter your username and password, then select ‘login’.
Step 5. You will then be redirected to your homepage. Here, you will see your username, account status, price plan, total available credit/balance, and your service number.
