Your 4G Broadband Account Balance is available on the homepage of your Web Self-Care Portal.
Step 1. Open a browser (for example, Google) and log on to our web self-care page by entering the following URL:
Step 2. Enter the IP address 18.104.22.168 from your browser.
Step 3. If your account is registered, select the picture that says ‘Already Registered’ to login to your Web Self-Care Portal. If not, click here for information on how to register your account.
Step 5. You will then be redirected to your homepage. Here, you will see your username, account status, price plan, total available credit/balance, and your service number.
