How do I check the expiry date of my data plan?
- In order to check your data plan, you can dial *143# and select the Manage your Data Plan option to receive options that will advise you of the steps to follow to check your expiry date. This message will display your current plan, expiration date, and data balance.

How do I renew my 4G/LTE data plan?
All prepaid 4G/LTE data plans will automatically renew as long as there is sufficient credit on the account to cover the cost of the plan.
How can I cancel my data plan?
- Once a plan is activated you would not be able to cancel the plan. Cancellation can only occur during the activation process by selecting the associated option(*143*9#).
Will I be able to roll over my unused data bundles before my plan expires?
Yes. Data bundles will roll over once a data plan is activated and the bundle balance does not exceed 50GB.
