If you forgot your web self-care password, you can reset it once a phone number has been assigned to your 4G broadband account.
Step 1. Log on to our web self-care page at http://selfcare.digicelbroadband.com
OR, enter the IP address 18.104.22.168 from your browser.
Step 2. Select the ‘Forget Password’ option
Step 3. Enter the User Id you use to sign in to you web self-care account. Select ‘Submit’
Step 4. You will receive a prompt advising that the password reset was successful. Your new password will be sent to the phone number assigned to your account.
Step 5. A message will be sent to your phone advising you of your username and your password. You will also receive a notification advising you to change your password upon logging in.
Enter your User ID and your new password. Select ‘Login’
Step 7. This is where you will be asked to create your new password. First, enter your old password, then your new password. Confirm your new password to proceed. Your password must be at least 8 characters, 1 uppercase letter and 1 number. Select ‘update’
Step 8. You will receive the final prompt advising that the password has been changed successfully. Select ‘OK’ to login with your newly created password.
