If you are unable to browse, or connect to the internet with your modem, it could be that the base station closest to you is offline, or you are not within the broadband coverage area.
Click the live chat option on your screen to speak with an agent about our 4G Coverage Area and your current Base Station Status.
It could also be that:
- There is no signal on the modem. Ensure your modem is plugged in and the lights are stable.
- There is very weak signal on the modem. We recommend that you place your modem close to a window or door.
- The modem needs to be restarted. Plug the modem out, wait 30 seconds to 1 minute, then plug the modem back in.
- There is no active plan on the modem/plan expired. Click here to learn how to activate a plan.
