I keep receiving notifications about an outstanding DigiLoan balance on my new sim?
If you purchased a new sim, and you are seeing an existing loan balance, this means that the sim has been recycled.

Why am I not eligible for a DigiLoan?
You may not be able to receive a DigiLoan as a result of:
- Not being on the network for more than 2 months
- Top-up history/frequency. You are required to top up with at least $100 per calendar month (30 days) to qualify for a DigiLoan.
- Outstanding loan balance (dial *120*141# to check loan balance)
How can I check if I am eligible for a loan?
You will be required to access the DIGILOAN menu via *147# or *147*119#. to verify qualification for the service and loan offers that you are able to avail of.
