Is there a fee for converting from Postpaid to Prepaid?
Yes. You will be charged $500+tax for the procedure to be completed. This is the cost of the prepaid sim.
How long will the process take?
Postpaid to Prepaid: This is done Monday to Friday. If the request is submitted before 12 midday, it will be completed on the same day. If the request is submitted after 12, it will be processed the following business day.
Prepaid to Postpaid: This is done Monday to Saturday. Conversion is usually completed within 10 minutes of the request being submitted.
